Ambiguity is a key obstacle in the field of Knowledge Management. The need to overcome definitional problems through the development a widely accepted terminology has already been recognized as one of the most pertinent issues in Knowledge Management. In response to this identified shortcoming, this document summarizes the key terms and concepts used throughout the KM in Practice Knowledge Management implementation methodology.
